We are a BY APPT studio 

 

So please be courteous and respectful to our studio and other clients wanting to book that same time slot.

 

If you must cancel your appointment please give us a call/text/email with AT LEAST 24 hours notice. Clients canceling with less than 24 hours will not have their deposit refunded.  

 

                       NO SHOWS

Your next appt must be prepaid in full with a Credit Card. Deposits will not be refunded. 

 

                     

GROUPON APPT NO SHOWS

Groupons are redeemed on the day of your appt.  If you missed your appt and would like to reschedule another appt you will be required to prepay your appt with Serene Soul. Another Groupon will not be accepted.
