CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us by phone or text at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a forfeited deposit, which will not be refunded or credited toward a future appointment.
NO-SHOW POLICY
No-shows will not receive a refund or credit.
To book your next session, full payment will be required in advance via credit card.
EVENT & WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 72 hours (3 days) notice for a full refund on events and workshops.
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice are non-refundable.
We stand firm in upholding these policies.
