What is Reiki Healing?
Reiki healing is a modality that involves channeling positive energy into your body in order to balance your energies. In Japanese, rei means universal life force energy and ki means positive energy. Energy healing has long been used for stress relief as well as for physical ailments. Many people have benefited from Reiki healing.

What happens during a Reiki treatment?
Reiki healing allows practitioners to channel life-force energy through their hands in order to assist clients with everything from pain management to spiritual connection and emotional well-being. Reiki sessions last approximately 45 minutes, during which time you'll receive a continuous flow of energy from your practitioner. Before your Reiki session begins, you’ll be asked to remove all electronics from your body and put them on silent. If you have a pacemaker or any other type of electronic medical device, tell your practitioner so that he or she can work around it. You’ll also be asked to lie down on a massage table. During your treatment, you will hear soft music playing in the background and notice aromatherapy candles burning nearby. Your practitioner will let the energy guide them and be drawn to different areas of the body by connecting your body with their hands. He or she will move his or her hands slowly over different parts of your body as needed. All you have to do is lay back and relax. After the session, the Practitioner will let you know what they felt and they will discuss the next step in the course of the treatment.
How can Reiki Energy Healing help me?
Reiki is a spiritual healing practice using the healer's energy to benefit those who need it. They do this by opening up people's chakras (i.e. energy centers) with the help of their hands. In an alternative to western medicine, Reiki practitioners will often use other treatments to help more serious illness such as cancer, but some claim it can cure diseases on its own. Reiki is also said to bring an increased sense of relaxation and relief from stress, promote the body's natural self-healing processes, stimulate the body's immune system, helps you sleep better, clears the mind and improves focus.
How many Reiki sessions do I need? How often do I need a Reiki session?
It's very important to have a regular health routine for your Emotional and Spiritual body. We highly recommend getting regular Energy Healing sessions. Within the first session, you will feel a difference, but cumulative Reiki sessions really transform your life. We recommend getting sessions weekly or monthly, but no longer than 6 weeks in between sessions.
