An Intuitive Reading is a session where an Intuitive Healer reads your energy, and vibration and relays any messages for you from Source. How can I prepare for the session and what happens afterward?
To best prepare for a session is to be open to the experience and to try to not have any expectations. Getting a good night's rest and limiting your drug/alcohol intake will be very beneficial to have an optimal session. Feel free to bring a notebook to write down any notes/messages. Wear comfortable clothing as part of the session, you will be laying on a massage table.
