When we do this, we attract more of the same.

Often times we tell ourselves a story that is simply not true.

For example, if you are starting a new business your inner narrative might sound like this: "How am I going to come up with the money" "Who am I to charge for such service" "This is too hard"

Instead, change your narrative and thus change your emotional state and therefore creating a completely different reality. Shift your focus on the creation and watch miracles happen


The second principle of manifestation is the power of visualization. Visualization is the process of creating a mental image of the outcome you desire. Imagination is the mental faculty out of which visions arise. When you imagine your desired outcome, you are essentially programming your mind to believe that it is already a reality. This can help you to stay motivated and focused on your goal, and it can also help to attract the resources and opportunities you need to make it happen. So instead of imagining what you don't want happening, focus your visions more on what you do want.


The third principle of manifestation is the power of affirmations. Affirmations are positive statements that you repeat to yourself on a daily basis. They can help to reprogram your mind and change your limiting beliefs. Affirmations can also help to increase your self-confidence and motivation, which can make it easier to manifest your desired outcome.


The fourth principle of manifestation is the power of gratitude. Gratitude is the practice of being thankful for what you already have. When you focus on gratitude, you shift your focus away from lack and towards abundance. This can help to attract more positive experiences and outcomes into your life.
